The product Vexed is known for, and the one it built the company on — a hybrid jig and bait system. A glow-and-UV Dhu Bomb head, a hand-tied Japanese assist cord and a Harbor assist hook take a whole squid or a fillet down fast and land it sitting upright on the bottom, where snapper, blue cod, hāpuku and bass are. Vexed calls it the first reef-fishing hybrid jig/bait system of its kind.
